Garaseen

Garaseen is a Jordanian indie electro-pop duo from Amman, made up of Mohammad Idreesi and Nairuz Ajlouni. The pair began making music together in 2015, changing their name from Les Garcons to Garaseen. Their sound layers gossamer synth-pop textures with introspective songwriting, drawing openly on cinema, philosophy, and literature, from Derrida to Edward Said. The result is electro-pop with more conceptual weight than the label usually implies.
