Biography
Gohary is the stage name of Sarah El-Gohary, a UAE-based Egyptian singer-songwriter who decided to pursue music as a young child. She developed a signature blend of reggae, hip-hop, and Arabic music, mostly built around live instruments while more recently exploring electronic production. She has opened for stars such as Cheb Khaled and Sherine Abdelwahab, signed with Universal Music MENA, and drew millions of views with her video Beybosso. She was also chosen to voice an official Egyptian tourism documentary.
