Biography
Saib. is a Moroccan-born, Berlin-based producer known for smooth, jazzy lo-fi beats that blend hip-hop, bossa nova, and deep house. He began in the early 2010s posting productions to SoundCloud from his room in Morocco, and has since built an audience of hundreds of thousands and hundreds of millions of streams. His breakthrough EP Buena Vista (2017) and its track Sakura Trees drew tens of millions of listeners. His influences run from bossa nova and Japanese anime soundtracks to jazz and old-school hip-hop, and in 2024 he explored house on the EP Jazzy Cats.
