Zazuka

Zazuka is the project of Zeina Azouqah, a Jordanian-born composer and songwriter of intercultural music now based in Berlin. Her work blends folk songwriting with electronic and cross-cultural textures, drawing on her Middle Eastern roots and European surroundings. Her release Zazuka (Abbreviated) circulates on independent platforms such as Bandcamp, and her music was featured among Bandcamp’s folk highlights in 2023. She works largely as a solo artist rather than within a fixed band.
