Deena Abdelwahed is a Tunisian electronic producer, DJ and vocalist known for a confrontational blend of techno, industrial club textures and synthesized Arabic instrumentation. Raised in Qatar and Tunisia before relocating to France in 2016, she rose through the Tunis scene and the Arabstazy collective and drew wide acclaim for her debut album Khonnar in 2018. Often singing in Tunisian Arabic, her work reclaims elements of Arabic music within avant-garde club forms, and she has since released the album Jbal Rrsas.
